MAIN CONCEPTS

Website Visitor – An individual who accesses the website https://victoriagres.shop/ without the intention of placing an order.
User – A natural person, a website visitor, who accepts the terms of the agreement and wants to place an Order on the website https://victoriagres.shop/.
Buyer – The User who placed an Order on the website https://victoriagres.shop/ with the intention of purchasing a product for personal needs.
Victoria Gres – A trade mark, owned by an individual named Arkadiy Maslov.
Seller – A sole proprietor, Anzhelika Oleksiyivna Shylokhvost, or another legal entity or sole proprietor, whose product is listed on the Online Store.
