1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. These terms determine the interaction between the online store https://victoriagres.shop/ and the clients of the online store https://victoriagres.shop/ – being individuals who have placed an order.
1.2. The online store https://victoriagres.shop/ conducts sales and dispatches products throughout the territory of Ukraine, European Union countries, and other countries.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Due to the war in Ukraine, deliveries to certain cities and localities are not carried out.
1.3. The online store https://victoriagres.shop/ sells retail products. The return procedure is in accordance with the Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
1.4. By placing an order on the site https://victoriagres.shop/, the client unconditionally agrees to adhere to these conditions and confirms that they are familiar with them.

2. ORDERING

2.1. Clients place orders by adding products to their cart.
2.2. An order is considered properly placed if:
2.2.1. The client has filled out all fields of the form that allow the client to be identified and contacted:
2.2.1.1. Full Name / product name;
2.2.1.2. Delivery address, contact phone, and email address;
2.2.1.3. Desired payment method (payment methods are listed in 5.1.);
2.2.1.4. Desired delivery method.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE BY THE ONLINE STORE

3.1. Upon receiving an order, the manager of the online store https://victoriagres.shop/ checks product availability and, if the order is made in accordance with point 2.2. of these Conditions, accepts the order and contacts the client to confirm the details.
3.2. From the moment the order is accepted by the online store https://victoriagres.shop/, the client has the right to cancel or make changes to the order (remove/add products, change product characteristics such as color, size, quantity, etc.). Once the bill is paid, removal of product items from the order is not allowed.

4. ORDER PREPARATION

4.1. The manager of the online store https://victoriagres.shop/ prepares the order.
4.2. If a product is unavailable in the online store https://victoriagres.shop/, the store manager may offer the client an alternative product. With the client’s consent, the alternative product is added to the order.
4.3. When the order preparation is completed on the site of the online store https://victoriagres.shop/, the client receives a notification about the order status and the chosen payment method to the email address provided during order placement.

5. ORDER PAYMENT

5.1. Order payment is made as follows:
5.1.1. Online using a Mastercard/VISA card;
5.1.2. Making a full prepayment using bank details.

6. ORDER DELIVERY

6.1. Product delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta”/”Ukrposhta” delivery service or by courier to the address provided by the client.
6.2. Deliveries outside of Ukraine are conducted via international delivery services.
6.3. The online store https://victoriagres.shop/ is considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligation once the product is handed over to the delivery service. The risk of product damage or loss after handing it to the delivery service is borne by the client.
6.4. Separate deliveries of each product item from a single order are also charged separately.
6.5. Delivery of orders within Ukraine is carried out within 1-3 working days from the moment the order is received. The fulfillment of this period depends on product availability in the online store warehouse.
